Does any error message appeared ? If so, which one ?
I can't reproduce the situation
reproduced today. The below happened:
Production structure for "upgrade crystal" was being processed. I had no crystals so the game forced me to pass. But my opponent cannot play anything and received "not your turn" error message. The game was locked at that point.
