I picked the conversation project association(4) and wanted to support releasing predators Savanna. I can even purchase the standard offer Asia animal release. Both correctly offer me to release the tiger, but both incorrectly auto-select the enclosure the tiger does not occupy.

Here's the important thing to remember: an animal never occupies a specific enclosure. Enclosures are just simply occupied.
I believe the bug can be closed. Sorry.
Yes, the smallest enclosure that meets the animal's placement requirements is what is selected by the rules. If there are multiple in that size, *that's* when you have a choice. And if you have a specialized enclosure that the animal qualifies for, that is chosen before standard enclosures.
