I have the building built on the second space in laboratory row, and I wanted to use an administrator to activate it, and when I was at the stage to pay the resources, it said Not a valid move GS9.

Happened on table 537710997 - table is currently active. Pay 1 of any non-purple resource, I have many of each. Red banner says "Unexpected error: not a valid move (reference GS10 13/08 17:20:04) and says if interface is unstable I can press F5... F5 did not solve the problem. I have had this happen 2 turns in a row (I undid and did something else last time, this turn it happened again so reporting). Building is in first (left) position of bottom (red) row.

I purchased building tile 412. On two consecutive turns I was unable to use it's benefit by using a worker and paying a resource. Received an interface error.
