I did try refreshing multiple times, as did my opponent, and it simply will not move on from here. This occurred during move #97 while progression was at 39%
I added a temporary button that should allow you to trigger manually the mandatory obsolescence in this stuck phase. On the next turn, it will go back to automatic trigger.
