Also, sometimes when I try to watch replays of Alhambra games it is very buggy, e.g placed tiles are put on top of the starting tile or in some other random place.

Also I would like the 30 ranking points that were taken off me returned as none of this was my fault.

Nobody else seemed to be affected and I could watch the other players continue playing.

According to the log, your turn were just skipped because you were out of time.

I was out of time because it locked up and I couldn't complete my turn. I tried refreshing but it didn't help.

What do you mean ? Do you have a screenshot ? How can you know it's not linked to your internet connection ?

I was still able to watch the others play and nothing else was affected. I didn't know I could report it like this, so I didn't take a screenshot, but I will next time.

What you are describing is exactly what happen once you get skipped. So again I am not sure to understand the situation you describe as "locked"

And you are sure you hadnt pay the exact amount for it ? Because in that case it would be perfectly normal

Have you actually played this game before? You can always place it whether it's paid for with the right amount or not. That isn't a separate action.

Is there any update on this one yet? I don't know if it helps but when it happened it was telling me "move registered please wait" or words to that effect. After a while it gave me the option to rejoin but when I tried to it wouldn't allow me to because my time had expired. Why would it give me that option?

"Have you actually played this game before? You can always place it whether it's paid for with the right amount or not. That isn't a separate action." => you know I am the developper, right ? When you buy a tile for the exact price, you have to first do your extra action BEFORE placing your tile. A lot of players don't know this rule and are filling wrong report because "they cant place the tile".
In your case, the "move registered" thing looks to me like a connection issue so nothing I can help you with.

Sorry, I didn't know you were the developer. I didn't get that impression from the questions you were asking me. Let's hope this was a one off glitch. If not, you will probably hear from me again and I'll have screenshots. Overall it's a great game and very well adapted for online play.
