Same problem for me Table #99738171, Move 256. It won't let me go to customs.

Customs House had 2 glitches which may be related. Early in game opponent used customs house but it used my crate and assistant. Later in the game, it wouldn't let either of us into the customs house, neither President nor agent. It would allow us to move assistants from the customs house when we did church. Game was 102470095 and first glitch happened around 1:52 P.M. EST.

Also unable to use customs. Farthest left placement had a blue dotted line around it, but clicking it did nothing. This was table 113448171. I cancelled move and did something else.

A similar issue in my game boardgamearena.com/1/yokohama?table=116569562
I as docteurslump tried to use the customs near the end of the game. I had 3 crates and power 4 which means I was able to place a cube on 3-crates spot. But when I clicked, nothing happened. No error message. Something relevant was that the 2 spots with 2 crates were already taken. Maybe a programming error on quantities and/or indexes.
Some other players complaining about a bug in the late game also suggest that there is a bug when other slots (other than the one you're trying to take) are occupied.

Error message when I put my president on the custom:
1.boardgamearena.com/(date, hour)

I already use my ambassador, so I can't try by this way.
It s the last move and if I could put my president on the customs, I win....

Running into the same problem - Table #128204384. Four assistants in customs right now and I am unable to move there. Error message is Unexpected error: BGA service error (1.boardgamearena.com 07/12 16:56:21)

Customs house has pieces on the first two and the last spot, and could hold four more cubes in theory. Game end had been triggered, but that should not impact the action. I (as Khazaq on the board) had two actions left in this game, but that should not make a difference.

it is quite disappointing that this bug still lurks around. It pretty much ruins the game and makes it unplayable... And it should be quite easy to fix. Boolean Array logic is not so complicated ...

I have had trouble with customs as well. I use a kindle and have not had any other trouble with this game. Interestingly, since I have been playing turn based games and have some time, I click for a while, go in and out of game, go back to clicking, and eventually it works. Have not seen a pattern of why it suddenly takes. Of course, this is still not acceptable.

Similar problem with RichB on mobile. The area is blue but nothing happens when clicking (no error) This was a turn based game. LaVale had this issue twice, first with the rightmost spot (she could use 1 to the left) and second with the second spot. This was table 134887820

experienced the same issue on table 144156897, server error when anyone tried to use customs during the last half of the game or so.

We actually have some trouble reproducing this issue.
To help us, could you report a table with this issue and leave it open so that we can analyse the situation?
If it's a realtime table, you can switch to turn based from the top right menu so that we can have the time to investigate.

@Een alright, I will create a training table and try to get to a game state where the bug occurs. In the mean time, can you double-check the code which check for cell availability in the customs (and church which seems to have the same king of bug ?)

I am not the developer for this game, but the developer confirmed that he already checked, and plays the game frequently without having ever encountered this bug in one of his game. Also, the bug having 15 votes only means that this must not be so frequent.

So indeed, any help appreciated to figure out the exact circumstances.
