Got the same problem, Zymologist allowed me to create only 1 wine instead of two, even if I got the appropiate grape

I viewed replay, and here are the move and the situation after creating first wine: imgur.com/a/x6owOd8
You played Zymologist which let make up to 2 wine of value 4 or greater
As first wine you created a 9-value sparkling wine using a 3-value red grape a 4-value red grape and a 4-value white grape
So the only grapes left were a 2-value white grape and a 3-value white grape
So you couldn't make another 4-value or greater wine
I must look at the other comments

Was only able to make a sparking and a blush wine.
Also wines were aged in the cellar even though I had not upgraded the cellar at all.

Refresh did not solve the problem.
I'm trying to use the Zymologist after playing Planner in spring and having placed my worker on the 'play 2 blue cards' space with the Planner action.
I'm appropriately given the option to select my cards to play, and when I select Zymologist it says 'Choose wine to make [Refuse] [Cancel]' at the top of the screen. But none of my wine-making spots are activated and I can't do anything except Refuse or Cancel. I have plenty of grapes that should allow me to make wine.
This is the first time I've seen this problem and have not tried to replicate it.

I have the same issue. I have refreshed multiple times, and tried on my Iphone and PC. I played the summer visitor planner card to place a worker on the winter visitor bonus spot (play two winter visitors at the start of the winter). Now it is the beginning of winter and I'm trying to play Zymologist. I have a medium cellar (which should be irrelevant). For grapes I have white-4, white-3, and red-2, so I have grapes to make a white-4 wine, and blush-5. I have space in my cellar for the wines. When I click on "Zymologist" it says "Choose a wine to make" BUT the little yellow squares that normally appear in the cellar do not appear, and no matter where I click it won't let me choose a wine to make.

Perhaps this bug has something to do with the fact that it is at the VERY beginning of Winter, BEFORE the first player has placed a worker?

Update: Because of this bug I gave up trying to use Zymologist when I really needed it (before using the second winter visitor from the bonus) prior to anyone else taking a turn.
Later in the winter, when it was too late, Zymologist worked fine as shown in this Imgur photo. I’m convinced it’s a bug triggered by the combo of PLANNER and ZYMOLOGIST .

after using the planner, intending to play winter cards at the beginning of the winter phase, I could not use the zymologist to make a wine. I missed this report when I first looked, and just put in a fresh bug report. I also have this bug now, in game number 405726383, move 146. I am playing a 2 player game, and trying to play Zymologist card. I have four available grapes harvested: 5, 6 red and 4,5 white. None of the wine spots are active when I try to make the wine. imgur.com/a/MKsTuYu

Just adding that we we just had the same planner and zymologist combo bug where the zymologist gave no option to make wines. In our situation bottler available and was able to be played instead. Table number 435011977

Flying Cangaroo, you are not experiencing the bug at all. You have to select the grapes you want to use first, same as making any wine.

I can not select any wine options in the cellar. Furthermore, there is nothing that I can click or interact with anywhere on the interface.

Similar case here. I used a Planner for future action, and could not make wine with Zymologist.
